I have a professional background in human resources (HR) and Project Management. At the University of Southampton I managed a major organisational change project to establish a new School of Health Sciences. I also developed a suite of new employment procedures for academic staff, including consultation with Trade Union and staff representatives.

At IBM (UK), I advised managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including the implementation of a new corporate appraisal and grading system and transition to a new business model.
