Mohammad El-Mashaleh

Currently, I am professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, the Hashemite University, Jordan.

I have a Ph.D. in construction engineering and management from the University of Florida and a M.Sc. degree from Arizona State University. I also received my bachelor degree from the University of Jordan.

My research interests include decision support systems in construction, IT utilization and deployment, and performance measurement and benchmarking.

I have also published tens of papers in top-ranked journals and international conferences.

Career highlights

  • Serving as a reviewer for several construction management journals published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Elsevier, Taylor and Francis and others
  • Conducting workshops in areas of construction management, construction contracts administration and International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) conditions of contract in the Middle East region
