Barbara Wilczek-Stronczek

I am an Online Tutor for the Managing the Employee Lifecycle module of the MSc Global Human Resource Management.

I am an expert in online Higher Education - I have extensive teaching, managerial and module development experience gained at numerous universities in the UK, including the University of Liverpool, the University of London (Queen Mary, UCL), the University of Hull, the University of Roehampton, the University of Law and Unicaf.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Philology from the University of Silesia in Poland, and MA and doctorate in Human Resource Management from the University of Bournemouth, UK.

My primary research and teaching interest lies in HRM and organisational behaviour, with a particular interest in employment relations of migrant workers, diversity, leadership, ethics, and performance management. I am also interested in ethnographic research and studies around online learning and teaching experiences.
