Originally founded in America in 1948, this global organisation now has over 300,000 members in 165 countries.
Through its guidance on HR education, SHRM seeks to ensure that new and senior HR professionals enter and progress in the world of work equipped with adequate knowledge, skills and competencies to succeed in the workplace.
