I am a Teaching Fellow in the School of Computing, University Portsmouth, where I lecture on Information Security and Digital Forensics. I am also completing the final year of my PhD research, based in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, University of Portsmouth, where I am investigating how we can improve Information Security within UK schools and colleges.

My primary research interest is in how to improve the manner in which people and cyber security systems work together to achieve an effective cyber security defense.

Career highlights

  • Presenting my research at the International Symposium on Human Aspects of Information Security and Assurance (2021) and the 6th International Workshop on Socio-Technical Perspective in Information Security development (2020), with both papers being selected for publication
