I'm a highly motivated academic with valuable blue-chip industry experience. My work contributes to contemporary understandings of gendered organisational behaviour and women’s lived experiences of organisational life.

My teaching focusses on International Human Resource Management, Research Methods, and Strategic Human Resource Management.

I specialise in Postgraduate teaching, notably on MSc and Global MBA courses.
